Call Centers are notorious for the Hire/Fire process. It’s why their recruiting and Human resources always have their feet to the fire. What if I told you the community was sick of it? The revolving door, lacking job security and just because I always mention it Union busting. People in Belleville are collectively getting sick of it. Prepping to bring the fight to the people of Concentrix.
What is a No New Workers Plan? Like Kingston Ontario did with the Old Star Tek Building a No New workers plan. Is a refusal for people at Employment agencies and unemployed persons in general to be onboarded at the call center. We do this to say to this establishment. ‘Hey keep your current workers. Cause on some level? That is all your going to get.” We establish these with the understanding. Concentrix is a firm that uses the revolving door to make people highly disposable and so they can’t negotiate better terms for employment. I jumped on a No New workers plan for Star Tek in Kingston and refused to be brought into their new client via revolving door employment before we persistently chased them out of town.
My reason to go ‘No New workers. No recycling me.” Once you have already wasted my time to such a degree. I am not really feeling a potential for making up. The only reason I left most of the call centers without making a scene? Is cause I thought it wasn’t worth it. Upon creating these websites. I decided to change my mind especially since I was often forced to keep these jobs.

Chris has gotten to make some good money. The clients have had a sweet deal for some time. With a hire & fire merry go round that is virtually non-stop. I say we stop it… Cause I know clients like CCBilling bully their staff, we are not taking lightly the AI threats also once you have worked for this company and been screwed with? The Lingering harm is that you want to punch a hole in the company. Which through WordPress… Well I have been.
I think we should put Concentrix on a no new workers plan. That means the only reason you should be going through training? Is to quit immediately afterwards. Until this company makes meaningful change? It deserves a beating not any success. Yes I am saying rip this company off. For ripping us the workers off!
