This is about my visits to Loyalist College during orientation week 2022. The visit was intended for the discussion of safe Cannabis consumption and Provincial Politics related to healthcare. Ashton Deroy does discussion based activism. Which relies on connecting with people in the public & discussing the problems in present day society.

What I have been up to? I have been in and around Loyalist College for the purposes of activism. Discussing safe Cannabis & the Province’s healthcare crisis. Talking about the importance of fair pay for our Healthcare workers & the importance of Senior Care that is not done for a profit. I did a targeted approach of finding EMTs and Nursing Students to discuss these topics with. Some were Politically aware & some were not. Personally I am always okay with Spreading my Labor brand Wokeism wherever I go.

So this is performative of me but no worse than the Freedom Convoy. I also did a little T-Shirt Activism around the Quinte Mall before the Provincial election.

Dialogues for Loyalist college: I have family in healthcare and this past year for them has been a living H*** ! Eventually I decided I needed to speak up about the system Doug Ford is allowing to rot. Well most people are saying #FuckTrudeau I am saying #VoteDougFordOut . Unlike the petty grievances about Trudeau’s narcissism. Doug Ford is making changes and making them fast. Changes that put grandparents at risk in healthcare emergencies click here to learn more. I am thankful for Loyalist College allowing us to do this community engagement. These issues have to be discussed. Conversations have to be had. We need to know where people’s heads are at. With the Province facing so many challenges over the past 2 years.
