I have taken some of my Mental + Physical injuries recently & long ago. Put them into a collage. Why Ashton Deroy is a Train Wreck? I mean car accident, Broken shelf & Concussion in 2019 at Giant Tiger.

In Ontario I am apart of the Failures of a system of just pushing Disabled adults to work in many ways. I am accident prone, can get really tired and sometimes I get home and I am in too much pain to take care of myself properly. I have also gone through a system of Behavior control in my upbringing? Which means despite being coordination impaired and brain damaged. I will push myself beyond my own limitations.

These huge expectations on market returns on cheap poorly planned labor investments have got to stop!

How Belleville Ontario could be more comfortable for everyone? Normalizing standards of work/life balance with emphasis on normalizing rest, more bathroom accessibility & seriously scrutinizing companies for expectations of output should the opportunity present itself. There is no reason a place paying Minimum wage? Needs to have the most efficient outputs. That’s not entitlement. That is Market Return.
