On December 3rd 2025. Ashton Deroy Stood in front of Concentrix Belleville Ontario shouting ‘Concentrix monitors women in the bathroom!” To protest their extremely violating Bathroom policies that the company insists… ‘It’s not illegal.” Yeah we will see…. We are going to put this policy to the test and strangle bad managers with it. Some people could be labeled sex offenders with this campaign.

Bladder control policies can be changed. Reasonable accommodation should be possible.

This should be reasonably expanded on for Corporate Bladder control practices.

Update You can call the cops if Concentrix participates in Bathroom intimidation in any capacity: The Community of Belleville Ontario and City workers who side with Concentrix workers? Are instructing agents to call OPP repeatedly about any forms of Bathroom harassment. Now you could do this out of the blue. Or you could do it as a fun last day stunt. The point is you have every right to call the Police On Concentrix Management for any forms of Bathroom harassment. We think that? If we get enough managers charged as sexual predators or start having the conversation? We can get them to back down on their bathroom policies. This is actually a different Worker strategy related to this same issue on Industrial sites.

I Ashton Deroy will produce free legal affidavit as a Witness that Stream/Convergys and now Concentrix crosses a serious line in their Bathroom policing. In the event you should like to pursuit a lawsuit.I just need proof of lawsuit. These are not cheap to produce. I will produce duplicates. Cause I am not made of money.

Issues with Concentrix.

  1. Low pay
  2. No work/Life balance
  3. Surveilence state against employees.
  4. Limits employee Free Speech
  5. Tries to muzzle Employees related to illegal activities of their clients.
  6. Violating North American Labor laws constantly!

Clients are not exempt from these human rights violations and their roles in them. We want a list of clients to publish. We want accusations of what they have done to abuse agents. Now is a really good time to speak out? If you were ever directly fired direct by a Concentrix outsourcing client. No one is immune from sexual impropriety accusations and we will criminalize their management if needed!

Real talk about Outsourcer Call centers?

They are not strong organizations. You can get a contract pulled from a call center? Just by having your cellphone out on the floor. That is how easy they make it for the clients to pull contracts and layoff masses of people.

Just because they say it doesn’t make it true.

Outsourcers have been caught. Lying about your rights, lying about the rights of their customers and lying about what the companies are allowed to do. It does not make it true. They are not above public scrutiny like anyone else. Fair Use Free Speech rights very much apply. I have had off the Record conversations about Human Resources in call centers. The illegal practices they think are most vulnerable. Bathroom monitoring and Dictation is among the most obvious. It is so easy to bend this into something that looks malicious, sadist and psychotic efficient. Even if laws aren’t fully there to prevent this. Publicly people will feel a sense of being violated.

Once resiprocity ends so to do their rights to be protected.

I have ALWAYS understood this about Business contracts. You can’t reveal secure information that jeaprodizes financial and geographic data on customers. That is a fact. However you can talk about who the company associates with. You can talk about stuff you felt personally violated you. You can speak up about your rights, morals and beliefs.

My role.

I stood in as a Proxy to Protest on behalf of the employees. I also collect research, reactions and opinions in the community. Community sentiment is this? ‘It is very Believable a Publicly traded corporation would step on the rights of the people inside. Especially as it pertains to women’s rights.” I was also told ‘I wish we had a Proxy protester when my relative worked there and their mental health was gradually completely destroyed.” This being extremely related to feelings of being powerless. My role is to say but you are not powerless. You are being bullied by an organization that exploits you and determines how much you get to eat, pay rent and catch up on debts. You are not a bad person. You are an average person being forced by the culture to feel bad.

I said I was Insane. I Ashton Deroy had a manager walk in on me in the Bathroom stall in a Call center. I am choosing to protect the name of this individual not because he deserves it 100%. I am choosing to protect it because after 1 disgusting incident he stopped doing it to me. I have complex gut health. I am Special Needs. However should someone choose to name him for this practice? I will say the words. ‘Me Too.” This Concentrix Protest is now Feminist & Pro-Privacy in nature.

Should social media be distinct from work functions and space?

I think if Work monitors social media? It should have the same expectation levels as if you found me talking in a bar. If I have objections? A good commercial company should just address those. As long as I don’t jeaprodize the Security of my employer? My Free Speech use on social media should be broad. I was fired from S&P Data because I gathered Grievances and posted it on a blog. I would do it again… It shouldn’t of been in S&P Data’s Contract to be allowed to terminate with that. It was a Corporate overreach jeaprodizing my free speech rights.

If I am performing as a functionary? An Employer has no business monitoring my Socials. Unless explicity tagged. Even then retaliation should be limited to only the most severe of actions. Over doing it? Gets you a Privacy protest like this in my opinion. That is because you are reaching into your Employee’s personal life. Then trying to dictate what they can say in it. I intend to say whatever damn thing I like.

The degree to which they are on top of you in a call center? Is so jarring and seems like such a violation. That I had to do this to recover. I am legitimately traumatized. Like to have people that on top of you constantly? I felt an urge to want to punch someone. No matter what I said in the exit. I left every call center wanting to punch someone either for them being too on top of me, offering to little help or excessive knitpicking. Yeah I was feeling feisty every time! I left everytime because I was on my last straw with managers.
