10. Side notes (I could tell he had a Voice over IP system & he was using intimacy scamming techniques like ‘Don’t you recognize my voice.” Which to a brain injured person is just ‘NO I DON’T RECOGNIZE YOUR VOICE! I FORGET VOICES ALL THE TIME! That is why live telephone calls? Put me on edge.”
