Concentrix is a call Center in Belleville Ontario. In the Quinte West Belleville Ontario region it was one of the best performing telecom centers in the area. Which sadly isn’t saying a lot. However it still creates problems in the community. Insecure work, no work life balance and a management culture that uses professionalism as a tool to bully it’s workers. It’s like every call center in many ways. Which if you read the Google Reviews? That is what people are saying.

To hire immigrants my wife was fired after 23 years not one complaint and replaced with immigrant we are taking them to court for wrongful dismissal of employment t and discrimination anyone else who was fired wrongfully join us we will also be doing a picket outside this place in the near future on this matter peaceful protest.” Now this could be a racist conspiracy theorist. Or there could be some truth to it. Dairy Queen in Belleville Ontario is reported to of been using constructive dismissal to get rid of long term employees. In exchange for cheaper new hires. I have seen Concentrix fire employees with the impulse of a maniac with a gun. Just cause they triggered a stat. With no other considerations in mind.

Cause what I am thinking? This company has had a chance buried grievances with me. They have not taken advantage of the offer. Therefore I think it is time to talk about some of the problems with the Concentrix Call center. People are getting sick, Community members are getting abandoned and this company is a part of a picture of employers in the local area who make our quality of life worse.
The Grievance thread is now open. It is time we take advantage of fair use. It is time to complain. It is time we go after managers, HR and Outsourcers in this company. Even if it means taking the organization apart? It may be a neccessary sacrifice because as I say on this page many times? Things are bad in Belleville Ontario and it is time the community works again for the real people who live here and work here. If the call center picks up and leaves? It doesn’t mean it is over. We can connect with your overseas employees and still talk about collective actions because network building is the purpose of the web and being a Communications major. So people who may argue? They can pick up and just leave for overseas labor? Yes but we will be in touch. You would be surprised how I have been in touch with call center workers around the world for the interest of undermining the problematic natures of these institutions. I have had contact with a call center worker who worked out of Jamaica! Dealing with these institutions on a mass scale is possible, it is legal and it is neccessary to think deeply about the disputes the public globally has with these institutions.

Thinking of suing. Be warned I am self-righteous, Personality Cult God Complex. I will not play fair. I am an alcoholic of the people and I care not for your practicality because it is institutional dictatorship masquerading in a Business suit. Send me a Cease and desist? I will wipe my A** with it!
For the record even if the company states it has legitimate reasons to dismiss you. It doesn’t make it true. It doesn’t mean the public would automatically take their side if you took it public to Ashtonderoy@gmail.com . Concentrix is a totalitarian Surveilence state Corporation. Call centers make sure you have lots of opportunities to screw up. This way they can use anything against you to fire you and bring about your social Economic death. Marks against an employee in a call center is a little like a septic tank. They have plenty of crap to catch and they just pick & choose. We know this. Anyone in there and paying attention knows this and we don’t fall for their Public Relations stunts anymore. ‘Ou they donated to charity. They must be really social responsible philanthropists.” << Sarcasm. Who actually cares? Well they use Politics and their administration to undermine collective bargaining, a living wage & fair work life balance practices.

The image above is me shame trolling my ex HR lady at S&P Data. I had something to say to her and didn’t quite get it out. Since my Dad intimidated me to speaking up on my last day. That’s ok. I keep tabs on people. I found her and I am saying my piece.
Listen if I didn’t speak up after Telemarketing? It would be as though I endorsed the things I did. I did not endorse them. It would be as though I am unaccountable. I am accountable though I feel bad about harassing customers for Shaw Cable. I approached CBC and I spoke up.
About work life balance.
This is the thing where if more Call centers had it? I may of let more slide but because they don’t guarantee an appropriate work/life balance. We have to fight these organizations. We can’t have people working, to work so that they can work. That’s not Professionalism that’s mental illness. If your job isn’t providing work/life balance there is a chance you need to be digging a spike into management’s brain. AKA picking fights for the purpose of picking fights. The chance of getting control is slim through argument I can not lie but that doesn’t mean it’s not worth fighting. By definition it is worth fighting to let people know in the community they are on thin ice. Like I think what people don’t understand. It’s ok to fight to just make someone else feel on edge, afraid or stressed. Some will say ‘That’s terrorizing!” Compliance is tyranny when the other side is being unfair. It’s a check & balance. No matter how stressful. In the absence of unions. I am all for picking stressful fights with upper management. I am the person that said to HGS call center in Belleville. ‘I can take out my phone and can cost everyone’s job. If you keep pissing me off I am going to do it.” Again it’s not about control. It’s about letting someone know that they are doing something you don’t like and you can hold it against them and use it to make them miserable.

When all else fails? Doing unfair things should lead to Rich people becoming extremely miserable. I am glad this CEO’s family is in mourning for example. What he did? Was not ok. Denying people healthcare coverage is not okay. Abusing your workers if you are the Concentrix call center? It is not ok. Maybe we do need to define abuse in overworking legally. That is very possible but until that is done. Expect people to go after management wherever possible. Cause denying people healthcare is wrong and making people work, so that they can work to work more & not afford their essentials. That is also wrong. As far as I am concerned I am not above harmful repercussions to management, Human Resources and wealthy people who abuse their powers. This includes potentially seeking out harmful interactions with Concentrix human resources, outsourcers and anyone involved with the operation committing employee abuse in MY EYES!
