Nothing made me lose faith in my ex Christopher Rudan. Like experiencing the work he did at Bellwood Lodge & Camp. The year after he first worked there. I decided to go with my then boyfriend to work at a Disability camp. Here is a quick summary.

1. 2 Weeks of doing constant care work for disabled people. Before you get a weekend off. You do this for your entire summer. Don’t make very much money and it is emotionally charged as an experience.
2. James Lortie is a hard *** boss but his employees make so little they are almost volunteers. You are paid for this job with stipends. James Lortie had no right to confront me well I worked there. He can very much go to hell!
3. I witnessed 16 year-olds showering disabled adults and performing care work that was above the scale that should of been allowed.
4. The Camp Nurse took liberties with staff and Lodger medications. Including missing addictive medications.

Cause of what I experienced? I lost a lot of respect for Christopher Rudan. 1. Cause he would accept pay this low for this kind of constant work. 2. He couldn’t tell what was happening at the camp was wrong. 3. Well I was having enormous struggles with my health. He played social clique games at the camp against me. Absolutely disgusting reflection of my ex boyfriend.

This is the camp where Ashton Deroy did learn Yoga. That would be the one plus side I would describe from the camp. However I just don’t think Yoga was worth what happened at the camp. I have had PTSD for years after my experience at this camp.

Do not work for Bellwood Lodge & camp in Belwood Ontario. https://www.belwoodlodgeandcamp.com/ – It is dangerous. Eventually it will be shut down for killing someone. By the end of my camp experience. I was shitting blood for 2 weeks, massively dehydrated and lost enormous amounts of weight.

Wow I collaborate this whole Indeed.ca Review. I can go by step by step and say how it is collaborated in my post. Also do you know why James Lortie creates so much drama? It is his mechanism of maintaining a tight grip on control. It would be very easy if the workers unified to shut this entire campground down. However if James Lortie creates conflict? The possibility of unified workers minimizes.
