Get stuffed in advance! Neil Dick & Elevate Plus could use some bad publicity to square this up. A few years ago I warned Employment Agencies not to remove Financial Incentives from their work programs. In 2023 they went ahead and did it anyways.

Belleville Ontario.November 6th around 9:00 – 10:00AM I was in a meeting With Neil Dick from Elevate Plus. I got the hard sell on a 4 week unpaid training program for Belleville Ontario’s Manufacturing sector. He gave the hard sell. I honestly was considering it. Until my inner Genius kicked in. I was in that meeting I was missing the opportunity to schedule an interview for immediate paid work. Then I asked around? Would you take unpaid training for 4 weeks when you are flat broke? Mini opinion poll time! 😀 Most people replied ‘No I couldn’t afford it.” Yeah I am in that same boat. A quarter in my name would be an improvement.
Other resentments about being funneled to this program:
- The Coordinator basically treated me like a teenager
- I really feel the Manufacturing Sector should be paying to have people trained.
- The Installation of Conservative Principle (We reduce the burden on social welfare.) How about instead we improve general health and employee satisfaction? Cause these jobs are abusive and in some cases deadly.
- Neil Dick has a patronizing attitude. People are trying to outline their kind of preferred work. He is trying to neg them into seeing any work boundaries as an impossibility.
- I am a Loyalist College educated person being filtered in to the same Program as Dropouts.
- I just want to work already.
Here is why this program will have a negative Impact on the community!
- You don’t educate people out of Food Insecurity. You either a.) Provide them with food or b.) Provide them with financial Incentive. – That is a Behavioral Economics Cliché. I can also get to the Food bank… By Myself thank you.
- It rips off Manufacturing employees who should be entitled to Paid Job Training.
- Too much focus on what we owe the Factories. Not enough on what we owe the workers.
Basically this program is everything that is Wrong with Conservative Social programs. Including Condescending old Grandpa Administrating it. However you are free to disagree with my assesment. Do you want $10,000 worth of FREE training allegedly? Feel free to click my links. Just leave me out of it.

1. Procter & Gamble Net profits 4.52 B
2. Nestlé Net profits 2.82B
3. PepsiCo Net profits 3.09B
4. Globalmed Revenue per employee $297,000
5. #ReidsDairy estimated revenue of 5 to 25 Million
6. Avaya 738 Million Revenue 2021.
Losers of this Program are my Readers. AKA the Working class. The ones being replaced, screwed & robbed of their labor value. I am alleging. This is Corporate organized theft of Taxpayer funds! Funds that would be better spent helping populations in Belleville Ontario that are in Desperate need!
Don’t go hunting for proof of my claims as far as cellphone recording. Neil Dick is pretty clear that he doesn’t want people using their Phones during his indoctrinations. I’d love for this Regressive attitudes on phones to go but it is still here. So here we go. I am entitled to write my opinions. Any attempt to censor this will be completely disregarded.

I call B.S. on this misleading Elevate Plus Chart!!!!
- The people the program failed for is actually broken into smaller subsections to minimize it’s look.
- This is a chart about Unpaid Training. Why is there no mention of people dropping out for reasons relating to lack of funds?
- Why isn’t there mention of people injured on the job in the first year, but there are multiple ambiguous subsets of data? This is recruitment of Unskilled workers for Belleville Ontario manufacturing. Let’s face it that practice is problematic.
- Also you could probably produce a subsection of Data on people he tried to recruit but they thought the instructor Neil Dick was an A** . *raises hand* “Don’t instruct me not use my phone ‘Dick!” You aren’t paying me. I haven’t even agreed to be apart of the program. ‘

When I told you count me out of the program? I meant I don’t want to take 4 weeks of unpaid work. I won’t even be able to afford Lunch or a Coffee! In a time where the Province needs to be helping our Poorest. This program is being made to help out Billion Dollar Companies. It is Corporate Welfare at it’s finest. The least I can do is step aside… Let it do the welfare part. Not pad your statistics with my ability to commit to everything I do. Including writing out this verbal A** kicking I have thoroughly dished out. All hail the Mighty Ashton! Cause I am fine as the conceded know it all I pretend to be.

Below is an Email I sent to Jennifer at Meta Employment & a description of some of the problems of this. To quote the email though cause it is not easy to read. ‘Most concise way to put it Jennifer. Elevate Plus is like if Meta asked you to work 4 weeks unpaid but you still owe them duties and have to let someone boss you around. I am not kidding. “
Now they want to minimize their presence in this article. I am not going to allow you to minimize your role in filtering me to corrupted program. I actually think the program should be shutdown for the damage it is going to cause. Workers should be entitled to payment for their training.
