Ashton Deroy Writes: I want to start this post out with a disclaimer. I am not a medical professional. I am an adult with Autism & ADHD who uses Cannabis. My experience may differ from you, but I am citing a source from a well known Cannabis cannasseur.

I have reason to believe the need for High THC for sleep, chronic pain & anxiety may be poorly thought out. Everyone wants every aspect of cannabis to be medicinal. However if you have been to this blog you know that I am a skeptic of the medical validity of smoking Cannabis. I am a firm believer that the best medicinal way to consume Cannabis is through Ingestion. However now I feel there is a strong need to go after the High THC myth as firm opposition.

Some common objections to this line of thinking are going to be. “My Tolerance is too high.” ,

“I have really bad pain from a car accident.” & “I have a chronic illness.”

Let me argue against these points one by one. First of all the common one I get from customers is “My Tolerance is too high.” Then take a damn tolerance break fool! You should be able to take 2 Weeks to a month off of this. In order to get your tolerance back down. Listen when it comes to cannabis? I believe you get a diminishing result based on repeat usage. Click this link on Tolerance breaks.

The second objection to the anti-high THC point is commonly “I have really bad pain from a car accident.” I am no doctor but… Nikki Furrer the author of a Woman’s Guide to Cannabis badly damaged her spine in a car accident. Like way worse than my tiny Giant Tiger Concussion. She says she can survive on a 10 MG THC high. She makes a good point for taking the edge off, but maintaining a grasp on your cannabis habit. She also points out that you need to take care of your physical and spiritual health. Not just give yourself brain fog. She meditates and does Yoga 6 days a week.

The last objection is “I have a chronic illness.” Listen somewhere there is someone in a Buhdist temple in Thailand they are treating late stage Cancer through micro-dosing Cannabis THC oil. Checkout the YouTube link below.

If someone with Cancer doesn’t need to make themselves loopy. Maybe you don’t need to do it either? Or do it. It is a Free Country.

Listen I don’t think THC is the end all be-all. I respect a customer who cares more about Price than THC percentage personally. This doesn’t mean stay away from all strains above 20% THC. Sometimes you have to factor in Terpenes & other considerations. I am just saying. It is shocking that people with Chronic pain are having success micro-dosing Cannabis. I personally think High THC is a lot like riding the Tilt-A-Whirl. I’d rather have a good tasting Premium Cannabis than a High THC low quality Cannabis.
