Sativa Bliss, Belleville, Ontario, 200 Front St unit 101, Belleville, ON K8N 2Y7 was collecting donations for the Food bank January 21, 2026. As a Budtender, I was moved by this. I did Suicides from a convenience store downtown and the Donation table. Made sure to drop off 2 freshly purchased cans. Can I have enjoyed myself? Cause I keep some emergency recovery soups on hand. I bought hash and soda from the shop.

When making foodbank donations? It is important to donate durable foods. Stuff that can make you feel full. I know how uncomfortable it can be to go without food. However, if you have the right food? I know the difference it can make in your Productivity for the day.

I am a Working Socialist. When I can? I will myself choose to get involved with fundraising. Contribute according to my surplus. I think it’s important to say. Corporate charity can be a bummer. However, is it is helping a chronic enough problem? I am for collective effort. I have maybe gone too hard on the Concentrix Non-Profit stuff. Though it is important to say. Good things don’t matter if everyone is a robot forced into cooperation by a totalitarian computer brain.

I also engaged in a meaningful conversation about mental health at Sativa Bliss. I mentioned my Grandfather’s demise. It is important to have these conversations once in a while in good, safe, regulated environments. Secular people like me enjoy the idea of being able to opt into good deeds for the community rather than feeling obligated.

You should help people out once in a while. You should make an effort to be a good friend within realistic limits. There is a duty to the community. However, to make it mandatory? Is kind of crazy.
