What is the problem? Workers have reported to me. On the Concentrix Contract for Sirius XM. They have no bathroom aux code. I have been aware of call centers violating rights around bathroom use since my first stint of employment there. I said clearly that I ever dug my teeth into this? It would be an embarrassing day in Hell for the Telecom Giant.

My Pitch for a solution!

We show this ad in Belleville, Ontario, Quinte West, Mississauga, Niagra Falls, Dartmouth Crossing, Hamilton, Chatham and Mile end.

Target audience: 18-45 year olds.

Background: We will target College-educated, Job Seekers and Women in general.

Outcome: Measured through the degradation of the brand, engagement and participation in ConcentrixProtest.ca . We hope to decrease revenue. Decrease the values associated with the brand in pitch meetings and name the names of Managers confronting people over bathroom use. With the explicit intent of characterizing them as sexual predators.

I think with my Ad campaign of opposition. We should be able to do some damage. Hopefully even get rid of this malicious organization. Which has me irritated and in attack mode more than I have been in my entire life. Or we can get positive Humanist change. We can recognize that the job is too overwhelming to be on top of people. Grant some reasonable space and room to fill people’s basic needs. Basically, there is no winning with the status quo in this approach for the Business. There also shouldn’t be. This should be something they are shamed for and abused for until change is forced.
