Chat with me by the water cooler. Cause not all work in Belleville, Ontario, is dead serious. Some places are just insane. Call centers shouldn’t be treated like the end of the world if the employment isn’t the everlasting gobstopper of jobs. Some places are so problematic. We should write off the employment as an inevitable failure. Then just have our families be cool with us leaving. Not spaz out like Partisan pro-Corporate assholes. Ultimately, my beef is with Concentrix as a Corrupted Totalitarian Employer. That’s also as an employer, honestly, kind of a pervert.

  1. Sexual harassment through bathroom denial. Or a Workplace cultural attitude to Bathroom use.
  2. SiriusXM does not provide a bathroom Aux Code.
  3. For the Record during my times in the company. Both times, sexual harassment was normal to the culture.
  4. Details include that Cocentrix is, by default, an outsourcer operation that relies on a mix of coercion and the desperation of workers.
  5. Details include that Concentrix uses Coercive language in employment contracts. Especially related to dismissal.
  6. Details include that Concentrix Workers can not protest or use their voices with their own employer.

Before this Stream had drug dealers, too.” Anyone who got too stupid got caught and dismissed, but if you were low-key enough? You could do this here for a long time. Cause you had access to a lot of customers. Call center workers, as a culture, are extremely stressed and open to solving all their problems with drugs. Cause I was working there & solving all my problems with drugs 100%.”

What does the community need from Concentrix in the near future? As this is For the Love of Belleville.

  1. Fire and call authorities on drug dealers using the premise to move drugs. It is 100% happening on and off for years.
  2. Provide bathroom codes for employees. I don’t want to hear the words ‘fired for using the bathroom.” Ever again coming out of your site. Or seriously, you need a fat lip. I don’t feel bad about saying this. Stop Normalizing a culture of rape and bathroom denial. Let people use the fucking can you twats! I don’t even want to hear the words emergency. I just want to know adults are letting adults be adults. Fuck this totalitarian hellhole shit in Call centers. That’s why I threatened my last call center manager. I was sick of this tyranical bulllshit that says we aren’t going to collaborate on the job.   3. You need a direct line to talk to people in Belleville. Cause you are pissing us off and giving us no contact line to deal with you! Things escalate fast. When you don’t deal…. That is a warning.

They could send me a letter, and I would switch locations. I would not stop this project. The name means I have equity in this. It’s my project. I get to do what I want with it. It doesn’t stop yielding engagement, information, history, and the voice of the participants. I am not going to stop giving it a voice. After all, 5 minutes is 5 minutes. (Somewhere, an Outsourcing executive is screaming.)
