In Belleville, Ontario, employers are systemically taking advantage of a lack of regulatory enforcement of workers’ rights. There is the example of Concentrix Bathroom Monitoring. Although there are also issues like… Tokyo Smoke is not granting Employees proper breaks, creating dangerous work environments, and refusing businesses at times to accommodate workers during dangerous weather environments. Business as Usual?! Needs to chill the fuck out, essentially.

Robbing you with Over Productivity! If every minute is accounted for? They are fucking with you. Now I remember Concentrix telling me ‘If you are scheduled for 11:00pm. You are in that call queue till 11:00pm.” To which my response is… ‘Ok, but I am hanging up the god damn phone when my shift expires. If you have a problem with it? This is the back of my hand.” If every minute being accounted for on the job? They aren’t making microseconds for you to be a human? You are being fucked with. I have no problem saying that. The control is petty and overreaching, and you should not concede. You should be a relentless bitch!

The Public intoxication dilemma in Belleville, Ontario.

At the Tim Horton’s Bathroom on Wallbridge Loyalist Rd? I was talked to in the restroom. I reference this on Instagram. I wanted to be left alone, but there is a more important point here. This guy was loaded. I mean, drunk.

Belleville needs to better enforce laws around public intoxication. Why are you wasting around 6:32pm on a Monday? Chatting with strangers in a Tim Horton’s Bathroom. Now this was a mild exchange. Intoxicated people also go into retail stores and just straight up pick fights. This trend is dangerous, and something has to be done about it.
