I have enormous respect for McDonald’s workers. They are highly productive, efficient, and skilled teamworkers. Chris Kempczinski on the other hand? In the format of Business advice comes off like a self-obsessed asshole. I don’t know if he thought this Business advice was going to make a good impression, but I hate him. I guess mission accomplished, Chris?
If your manager isn’t looking out for your career path, and you catch on? Quit without notice. Defame them publicly on the way out and never look back. I’ve had managers not look out for my career after I left. I made sure they took a professional hit for it. I am not investing in your surplus if you have no stakes in my career. Here is how working is right now. Average workers don’t make enough to survive. CEOs hog the Wealth and Occassionally Get Luigi’d .
For example
I am re-configuring the culture to one of fairness. They screw over your career? You cost them their reputation. Leave them short-staffed, resigning without notice. Here is a newsflash. You probably don’t need your manager’s thumbs-up. To seek new Employment.
It’s like nowadays employers are beyond retarded or something.

If your employment can’t help…
- Self-actualization is “I have a minimum wage job at McDonald’s. I give minimum effort unless there is a social angle I can play to grab power.”
- If it can’t help Self-esteem? Through dignified conditions.
- If you can’t feel a sense of belonging? Cause your co-workers are a clique or cold, like Chris Kempczinski, who is just foaming at the mouth to hurt feelings.
- If you get no Security guarantees (Like my job will be here tomorrow)
- If it doesn’t meet the physiological need of paying basic rent?
Then feel free to abandon that job with extreme prejudice and destroy the reputations of the people you worked for. You don’t owe them unconditional love. More people should storm off the job, go public, or straight up pick a fight with their ex-boss. Employers aren’t that good. Why are we giving them unconditional love again? Maybe more employers should fear more confrontations from disgruntled employees.I don’t know what gets people like Chris to stop writing stuff like the wise old revered sage he thinks he is… but really is not!
If Chris Kempczinski doesn’t want to look out for the career paths of his workers? For example, then. He should be met with indifferent, beligerant, and hostile workers in the culture. He doesn’t pay them enough for his loose detachment and apathy. That is just a fact. McDonald’s is no one’s passion project.
However I am going to say right now? I would talk up any resume at any workplace with McDonald’s on it. They have learned efficient, productive collaboration. For a time, I wanted to work for McDonald’s. If McDonald’s doesn’t want to look out for workers? Which that is what the stupid CEO has me thinking. Then stop looking out for McDonald’s best interests. You don’t have each other’s best interests in mind. You are just Chris Kempczinski’s BITCH! I am not mincing words.
Here is what it looks like when you make an individual responsibility argument as a millionaire.

Chris Kempczinski, this is Bret From the Good Place. He is a rich douche. That is what you sound like in this article, click here. That is how he comes off. This wasn’t a wise Business education. He is just being a dick. Well, enjoying every privilege in the world.
In conclusion, if your manager doesn’t care about your career path? They can’t meet your basic Human needs. They go on the press and say stupid stuff, and no one pushes back on? You shouldn’t work for them. You should scold them! It’s just a fact I know McDonald’s workers live out of their cars and couch surf. What Chris Kempczinski is saying is not that of a wise sage? He is just a self-branding-obsessed rage-baiting asshole from the Corporate culture. He doesn’t realize how disconnected this article makes him sound. With quotes like ‘Don’t wait for someone to shepherd you through your career, he says: ‘You’ve got to own it, you’ve
got to make things happen for yourself.” Well, you heard him. If McDonald’s isn’t making it happen for you? Leave for other employment and give Chris Kempczinski a middle finger on the way out cause he is a douche bag whose organization underpays its workers.
Chris Kempczinski, here is my advice for you: if I am not worried about hurting your feelings? ‘Hire more Security in the future.” Cause I read your quotes. I don’t love your mind. However, I would throw you under 6 buses to get your possessions. Make sure that as the astounding wealth disparity grows? You beef up your personal security. We wouldn’t want you to be the next CEO targeted by a rogue Luigi? Even though that culture is very much alive. Cause you are not beloved. Not even by those of us with Business Diplomas. You are just a Corporate Culture obsessed dick, and that is how your article comes off. Asshole! Have you forgotten how to relate to people? I am curious from Belleville Ontario here. Cause I also get that impression.
