It’s funny you said you were sure CNN was going to spin this as Tennessee’s youth ban as Tennessee hates all Trans people. Well I found 0 mentions of that. Here is what I did find?

1. The 6-3 decision by a conservative majority
2. ‘Moving forward, under the court’s ruling, judges examining bans like Tennessee’s – and, potentially, other restrictive laws – will do so under the lowest standard of judicial review, meaning those other laws are more likely to be upheld by courts.”
3. The Liberal side argued the courts were tying themselves in knots trying to avoid sex discrimination. Just a reminder Sex is different from gender technically speaking. Though it is above Mikki’s education.
4. The article mentions risks of treatment which can only be used to slightly nudge the article in Mikki’s direction.

Facts about the Tennessee’s Transgender youth Ban for my friends in Tennessee:

1. This is a move towards erasing Transgender people from Everyday life. It’s a fact of life.
2. Trump has formally declared a war on Gender ideology which means this legal decision is bigot in nature. Those who support it need to be recorded, pursued, tarred and feathered.
3. Many view the decision as the court targeting and abandoning transgender children. Which do exist and should have rights of autonomy.
4. Transgender activists feel this is apart of a broader strategy for the erosion of LGBTQ rights. To say it plainly? It is simple and assured fascism.

If I was surrounded by a bunch of people who hated their transitions and wanted more to take it back? I might sound like the Ex Political Mixster. It’s not that simple. Transgender identity needs a case by case consideration. Maybe we avoid the hormone alterations but where does it stop? Can kids socially transition? Cause if you stop it there you will certainly kill people.

Gender dysphoria : Gender dysphoria is a feeling of significant distress or discomfort that arises when a person’s gender identity differs from the sex they were assigned at birth. 

The important part for me is. Why do we get a vote on someone else’s health? It should be talked about by Doctors. Not judges, not Politicians & not sloppy internet Christians who go around judging everyone. Let’s treat this Tennessee ban as the human Rights violation it is.
