I am not going to self-censor on predatory employers, the crappy way our culture is set up and pure misses on efficiency this town has. I’M NOT EVEN GOING TO HOLD BACK ON NAMES! I would copyright your name first. Meaning if you are an employer and you are weird about bathroom breaks? It’s going to reflect on your reputation here. I will go as far to say ‘Employers are spying on employees in the bathroom.” Without blinking a god damn eye! Cause I worked for Concentrix , HGS and S&P Data and I know it is true. I am reading the riot act. I am giving the warnings. I am the drums of revolution! Before it gets violent. I am just warning. When the class violence starts? Then I may quiet down. The truth is culturally, Educationally and on the streets. Belleville Ontario does suck. I can participate as a voter to try and improve things. However

1. I am not going to volunteer because our town needs to stop thinking this is a fix all. Truth of the matter is there are jobs to pay out even if the jobs don’t directly contribute to earning revenue. 2. I want to be louder than casual conversations and a vote. If I thought people in this town were smart enough to handle things? I wouldn’t be as vocal on a Free speech site. 3. Sometimes people and places need to have their way of thinking turned upside down because things are bad. Which could of been an alternative name for this blog. The ‘Things are bad” Blog.

The sign in the featured image shows a sign that was messed with to screw with Mary Brown’s. I don’t have hurt feelings over this to be honest. Even though I have called out a lot of vandalism. They can 1. Put guards up on their sign. 2. Rely less on traditional media. 3. Zodiac signs doesn’t employ any of the Advertising graduates I went to school with. So low key? Screw them and most traditional medias. It’s not cute that the Bay of Quinte Region is regressive and doesn’t ever have jobs for media graduates. To me as an adult with an education on modern media.
