For my personal transaction?

I actually accounted for taxation and tip. I put together a spreadsheet then sent the order to the person. It is the same way a Skip The Dishes order would be formatted. Also as someone with a Business financial background?

I am always thinking beyond the fixed cost pricing model that small Businesses start out with. They are often re-inventing the wheel when good pricing models are already implemented anywhere else. Also if you deliver food? You should be asking for a tip. Any Pizza Delivery person/Waitress would tell you this.

That is a Little business advice to people doing cost models for anything in food delivery. Ask for Tips otherwise you are profiting just off the goods. Not on your own labor. You scam yourself for the benefit of the Business.
