The critics have blown my stories way out of proportion. In the sense where they think I can’t take responsibility for messing up a job. I did take credit. That employers must be scared of working with me because I am going to bad mouth them after I am done. That is also an exaggerated claim.

Like anyone else. I use Social Media for a certain amount of time in a day. Then I move on and do things I enjoy more. I don’t report on every aspect of my life. Or every opinion that pops in to my head. Cause a lot what I would write in that case? Would not be interesting. It would not be divisive. It would not attract healthy debate.

I’ve protected the proprietary information of Call centers. Even though a few Call center workers had to blow the whistle on Negative practices by companies that outsourced with them. Which was in my opinion the right thing to do. There wasn’t enough oversight at Roger’s Communications. Which was allowing people do outright fraud and record it as sales. As outlined in this article but also I witnessed it. I corrected some of it where I could as Stream contracted Outsourced Agent. I was empowered to do so. I said this before I will say it again. Concentrix is the best call center in Belleville Ontario. That is why they outlasted their competitors. They do need to be publicly discussed. Somethings we can keep between us.

The Important things are:

  1. Do you treat me fairly?

2. Do you act aggressive towards me?

3. Do you allow customers to be aggressive towards me?

4. Do you conduct any Business or financial misdealing that I need to alert the public or authorities about?

5. Are you unfair to women?

6. Is what you are doing going to play out in negative environmental impacts?

7. Are you harming your local community?

8. Do you exploit Diversity for Financial Gains?

9. Are you doing unethical Business practices?

Listen I do have opinions but I hold myself to an ethical standard as well. I have given morals deep thought. After you are done getting in trouble with people who just do whatever. Maybe you want to give the Social Corporate Responsibility type a try in your work force. It is just a thought.
