This piece is about Workers’ potentially needing to take home more in exchange for working nights. Something that bothers me about this topic. Is that there is a revival of culture that somewhat Idolizes the USSR. This is still a culture of injustices, Imperialism and even it’s own crusade against Jewish people.
State of Belleville? Belleville Ontario is in need of a housing strategy, ways to deal with the cost-of-living crisis and nearing a healthcare collapse. It is clear Progressive Leftists need to be speaking up here and Unifying in Solidarity with each other. When I write things like the reality of Belleville Ontario is Workers need to be making more money? Yeah night shifts cause mental health decline and raise your standard cost of living. Many of the people who end up on the streets doing drugs. Are Survivors of the Night shift. Like the Homeless Couple who used to work at P&G and now smoke Tranq together.
Walk around report: This town also has a glaringly obvious accessibility issue. There is no bathroom access in downtown Belleville. If you are disabled and downtown. You got to get someone to unlock a bathroom just to use it. Now they are doing this as an anti-Homeless measure but…. I would say even that is weak. We need to heighten bathroom access or we will have people s*** in the streets.
There are glaringly obvious problems looking this town in the face. I am introducing you to them here. I am hoping through voting, speaking up and Conversations I have within the community. We can work are way to addressing these issues.

Update: We have started an anti-volunteering Blog post movement on this page. Listen if you are wondering why mention Bay of Quinte Pride? They are promoting local venue & executing event marketing. They are doing so for Free. That makes people think the Services I went to school for aren’t services people get money for doing. That is not true. Bay of Quinte Pride is an Entertainment company that promotes venues. They need to stop using Volunteers. It is inappropriate! If you are going to do this kind of work? You must pay your Labor.
