I just need to find the right environment. In the meantime I will be also working on myself, improving my #Sales skills and endurance for a new job.

I have #MentalHealth Resources. I will be using these as well.

What does an #employer need to know? I can work & and will work hard for you. I just need to be treated with some basic #respect. My #Unemployment is not a negative reflection of my character. It is a negative reflection of the #Economy.

I know 30-year-olds who went on a drug binge for their birthday. I ran the the #TerryfoxRun . If you think I might be lazy and entitled? You are wrong.

Was the fight with Meta Employment Services worth it? Yes because they were not helping me or anyone in the building the day I went for their Elevate Plus Program. I am not the first person to claim there are serious issues with this agency. Take a look at this link here.

Let me put this in an every day example. Say you went to Tim Horton’s and you needed to quickly get a coffee? However everyone behind the counter was just chit-chatting. How long are you waiting before getting angry and demanding service? Well Meta Employment are those Chatty Coffee servers. They are supposed to be helping the community and they are not doing their jobs. Yes so I had to be the reactionary.

In the right context I have done an unpaid work program.

This was NOT FREE training for Billion Dollar Organizations like the Meta Employment funneled Elevate Plus Program. I did not end up at a Massive factory with 0 accommodation. I ended up working for a small gym. That did provide accommodation. That is the difference. I didn’t have someone like Neil Dick saying ‘Well limitations & boundaries on work limit your opportunities.” I am not in an UNPAID program to get any old job they hand out on Indeed.ca . I am there to get HELP! Failing that then you offer no value to me . I should make a stink in the Press. WordPress that is 😉

Small Business vocal Agreements versus manufacturing & Warehouse planning

  1. A Small Business can accommodate to some degree the scheduling needs of all their staff.
  2. A Warehouse or factory has a fixed plan with planned outputs.
  3. A Small Business can allow for accommodation & keep people from tasks that don’t suit their abilities.
  4. Manufacturing and warehouses demand everything of you. If you don’t do it you could be harmed by a colleague, fired or severely scolded.
  5. Small Businesses have more flexibility and less injuries.
  6. Warehouse and Factory injuries are beginning to make up a large amount of chronically unhealthy and Disabled workers.
