Hammer & Sickles, Confederate flags. Welcome to the list of crap I think we should take as seriously as culture takes Nazi Symbols. I would go as far to say… Censor it! Gasp Ashton’s authoritarian side is for censorship of Hate speech. I am not afraid to say I am anti-Communist and anti-Confederate in 2022. I have no patience for arguments of Southern Pride & the end of the Cold War. In 2022 there is an ongoing Globally recognized Genocide happening in China. In 2022 we are still discussing the abuse of black people in our culture. The least we can do is throw out these symbols & ideologies of hatred, enslavement and murder. Surely as reasonable Democratic people who have all considered similar lessons on history. We can view the Political representations of these ideas for what they really were. Then join in rejecting them both in Moral disgust. ….
